IT Infrastructure Expert

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain SaaS ecosystem, including Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, JSM, and Confluence.
  • Own and improve MDM processes using FleetDM or Intune.
  • Lead or contribute to IT infrastructure projects, from scoping and implementation through to optimisation.
  • Act as escalation point for technical support, helping to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows using Python, PowerShell, Bash, Zapier, or Tines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge base content to support the broader IT team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Systems Administrator or Systems Engineer roles.
  • Hands-on experience with modern workplace tools, including Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian suite.
  • Confidence in managing device onboarding, policy deployment, and endpoint compliance using MDM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management, including 2FA and SAML integrations.
  • Experience with scripting skills, particularly Python, Bash, or PowerShell, and familiarity with automation tools like Zapier or Tines.
