We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to join our team in Victoria, Australia. As a key member of our team, you will work on emerging technologies within the Oracle E-Business Suite.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide expert advice on procurement processes using Oracle Supply Chain applications.
  2. Resolve level 2 support tickets with effective communication to stakeholders.
  3. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, working closely with Development & Integration teams.
  4. Perform system administration and maintenance functions, including configuration to meet business needs.
  5. Peer review system change solutions and coach/train peers to build a cross-functional team.
  6. Collaborate with Architects and SME communities to enhance ERP capabilities.
Essential Experience:
  • Strong technical knowledge of Oracle eBusiness modules, especially supply chain domains.
  • Contribute in project environments, providing functional and technical advice.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with a focus on customer service and stakeholder management.
  • Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and design, with strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL skills.
  • Australian citizenship is required.
