About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and caring professionals to work under the guidance of our qualified Allied Health professionals. As an Allied Health Assistant, you will play a vital part in enabling participants to develop greater independence and reach their full potential.

Your role will involve working face-to-face and non-face-to-face tasks that bring life-changing experiences to participants. You will work with participants in their home or community environment to assist them in reaching their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work under the guidance of Allied Health professionals to carry out duties that complement the therapy program of a participant.
  • Carry out face-to-face and non-face-to-face tasks that bring life-changing experiences to participants.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to follow instruction and respect scope of practice boundaries.
  • Consistently maintain clear focus on the goals and outcomes of our participants, yet have the ability to be flexible regarding the tasks required of you.
  • You are self-motivated, reliable and can work autonomously.
  • Excellent Communication Skills - verbal and written.
  • Valid drivers license and access to your own vehicle.
  • Working rights in Australia.
  • Covid 19 Vaccination.
