**Therapy Assistant - Casual | Mobile Therapy Service**

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Therapy Assistant** to join our friendly and professional team at _**Aask Therapy**_._

**About the Role**

As a Therapy Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our allied health professionals to deliver meaningful outcomes for clients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating and assisting with client appointments.
- Implementing treatment plans under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist.
- Conducting exercise programs in clients' homes.
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in clients' health, comfort, safety, or progress.
- Supporting the delivery of rehabilitation and functional programs.

This role will suit someone who enjoys variety, is proactive, and thrives on helping others achieve their goals.

**Essential Criteria**
- Experience working within allied health, community, or rehabilitation settings.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- A high level of initiative and a genuine passion for promoting mobility and independence.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Minimum availability of 10 hours per week.
- Willingness to travel to various locations across Perth.
- Current driver's license (or eligibility to drive Perth).
- **Overseas graduates** and **3rd-4th year Occupational Therapy students** are encouraged to apply

**Desirable Criteria**
- Exercise prescription skills.
- Knowledge of manual handling and Work Health & Safety practices.
- Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance (preferred).
