Security Project Administrator

Position Overview:
The Security Project Administrator, designated to one of Pinkerton's prominent global clients, will contribute to the effective execution of both significant and minor security initiatives within the Australia New Zealand (ANZ) region. This role aids in the design process, develops bills of materials, and collaborates with local value-added resellers and other client representatives to finalize project tasks. The Administrator acts as the primary local liaison for technical security with ANZ project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Uphold Pinkerton's fundamental values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence. Evaluate and oversee physical design protocols. Create security designs aligned with client policies for both major and minor projects. Generate bills of materials (BOMs) for various projects and distribute them to vendors for pricing. Prepare quotations for endorsement by the APAC Post Occupancy Projects Manager. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project completion, testing, and commissioning. Assess vendor invoices against quotes and/or delivered services, recommending approval, rejection, or acceptance for payment. Perform additional duties as assigned.Qualifications and Experience:
Proficiency in physical security systems and terminology, including troubleshooting and equipment interpretation. Pinkerton values diversity and seeks candidates with varied backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
Required Skills:
Project management certification is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to read and interpret architectural floor plans. Capable of effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical personnel regarding physical security standards and designs. Skilled in analyzing complex scenarios and proposing solutions. Competent in managing multiple projects concurrently with competing priorities and deadlines. Self-driven and motivated. Proficient in multitasking and organizing workload for efficient execution. Strong follow-up capabilities. Able to perform responsibilities with minimal supervision. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.Work Environment:
