About the RoleWe are seeking an Induction and Administration Officer to manage our induction and security systems. The successful candidate will assist with onboarding processes, maintain security profiles, and ensure accurate data entry.
Key Responsibilities- Manage induction systems, including reviewing statuses, issuing keys, and setting up profiles in Rapid Global.
- Maintain and create security profiles for individuals and vehicles in Win DSX.
- Ensure accurate data entry, generate reports, and distribute them as needed.
- Assist with safety and environmental reporting in SAP, including maintenance notifications and incident investigations.
- Perform administrative duties, such as managing office supplies and maintaining the Security Key Register.
- Certificate III in Business Administration.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and experience with systems like Rapid Global, DSX, and SAP.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
