Sr. Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of our Activity-Based Costing framework.

  • Drive a deep understanding of cost structures across programs, colleges, and portfolios to support strategic financial planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with finance and operational teams to deliver insights into cost efficiency, resource allocation, and financial sustainability.
  • Leverage strong technical and analytical skills to stay up-to-date with modern modelling tools and systems.
  • Provide subject matter expertise, strategic analysis, modelling, and forecasting to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of Activity-Based Costing frameworks.
  • Analyse large volumes of data to inform strategic financial decisions.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Maintain and improve processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated excellence in accounting principles and standards.
  • Proven experience leading and implementing large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent project management and change delivery skills.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, with experience working with large datasets.
