About the Role

As a strategic finance professional, you will have the opportunity to make a global impact by leading financial planning and analysis for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: You will be responsible for developing commercial builds of annual budgets, long-term plans, and monthly forecasts, while partnering with cross-functional teams to align financial and operational goals.
  • Commercial Partnering: As a key advisor to business units, you will provide financial insights on profitability, resource allocation, and investment feasibility.
  • Profit Management: You will drive month-end close processes, variance analysis, and performance reporting to ensure accurate financial outcomes.
  • NPD Staging Gate: You will lead financial modeling and commercial assessment of new product development projects, supporting decision-making from concept to launch.
  • Business Planning & OKRs: You will contribute to achieving our Accounting and Finance strategies, including ESG and transformation goals.
  • Accounting & Professional Development: You will ensure compliance with accounting standards, support audits, and contribute to policy development.
What We Are Looking For:
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Member of a professional accounting body
  • 5–10 years of finance and management experience
  • Advanced Excel skills; SAP/BI/BPC experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
  • Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning
  • A collaborative mindset and customer service orientation
