About the Role:

The Business Development Manager will lead the development of the host network in the designated market, conceptualize and execute projects to scale supply, and drive the overall supply health of assigned portfolios.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute large-scale projects to drive supply growth in targeted markets.
  • Manage the overall supply health of assigned portfolios, including identifying and mitigating any issues that may impact supply quality or quantity.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hosts, suppliers, and other relevant parties.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and implement tools and processes to track and analyze performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for the team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sales and/or startup environments.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
