Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, lead a team, and drive business success. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Lead a team of up to 60 staff across multiple departments, including overseeing the head chef.
- Operations Management: Manage daily restaurant operations, including rostering, on-shift management, and training.
- Financial Management: Control costs, manage stock, and maintain adherence to OH&S and Food Hygiene procedures.
- Sales and Service: Identify sales opportunities, ensure superior service and quality, and foster a positive working environment.
- Team Development: Lead by example, train and develop staff, and promote a supportive and motivating team culture.
- Experience: 3-5 years of hospitality management experience, with exposure to both bar and restaurant environments.
- Skills: Proven leadership and management skills, ability to control financial aspects of a business, and RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced certifications.
- Education: Qualifications in hospitality (desirable but not essential).
