Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, lead a team of up to 60 staff, and drive the success of our organization. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for managing people, growing sales, controlling costs, and delivering outstanding service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Proven experience in managing people, growing sales, managing costs, and delivering outstanding service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Team Development: Passion for creating a supportive and motivating team culture, with the ability to lead, train, and develop a team of up to 60 staff.
  • Financial Management: Experience in controlling the financial aspects of a business, including stock control, costs of goods, and maintaining adherence to OH&S and Food Hygiene procedures.
  • Customer Service: Ability to ensure superior service and quality is maintained, with a focus on guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Operational Management: Experience in managing a team across multiple departments, including overseeing the head chef, and managing a team of up to 60 staff.

Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of hospitality management experience, with exposure to both bar and restaurant environments.
  • Qualifications: Qualifications in hospitality (desirable, but not essential).
  • Certifications: RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced, and a first aid certificate (preferred, but not essential).
