Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at our Frankston location. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading a team of up to 60 staff, and driving the success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management: Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Financial Management: Control costs, manage budgets, and identify sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Guest Focus: Foster a positive and welcoming environment, ensuring every guest feels valued and satisfied.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hospitality management experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Proven track record of leading teams, managing finances, and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced, and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
