Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives, working closely with the Regional Brand & Marketing Manager and National Marketing team.
  • Customer Insights and Engagement: Understand the local competitive landscape and key customer insights to ensure a level of customization of the Centre marketing plan to drive local community engagement, activations, and partnerships.
  • Event and Campaign Management: Implement social and digital activity, monitoring and reporting, as well as event, campaign, and activation installation, dismantling, risk assessments, and day-to-day management.
  • Financial and Budgeting Duties: Raise purchase orders, process invoices, monthly forecasting, and annual budgeting, as well as localizing the national sustainability strategy.
  • Centre Operational Support: Provide centre operational support, including centre walks, duty management, customer service desk assistance, hoarding management, PA announcements, visual merchandising, new store support, warden training, maintaining the marketing storeroom, updating Resolve, and consumer complaints.
  • Administrative and Reporting Duties: Prepare reports, attend CAR Meetings and state meetings, centre administrative support, and performance management of traffic, sales, and campaign PIRs and compliance reporting.
Requirements
  • Marketing Experience: Proven experience in delivering marketing events and activity targeted to meet marketing objectives, identified customer segments, and sales categories.
  • Event Implementation and Management Skills: Strong event implementation and management skills, including proofreading and editing skills.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and strong verbal and written communication skills, including customer service skills.
  • Financial Acumen: Financial acumen and proven performance to drive value and commercial results.
  • Organizational and Compliance Skills: Strong organizational, compliance, and time management skills, as well as the ability to work as part of a team and develop/maintain strategic relationships.
