Opportunity to Excel as a Clinical Speech Therapist

HealthcareLink invites applications for a passionate and driven Clinical Speech Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will have the choice of working on and off site to manage your own caseload.

About the Role

We are seeking a Certified Practising Member of Speech Pathology Australia who is enthusiastic about working with NDIS participants and able to work with diverse clients. You will be responsible for managing and providing high-quality service to a small, diverse caseload of complex clients, parents and carers, demonstrating exemplary clinical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and provide high-quality service to a small, diverse caseload of complex clients, parents and carers, demonstrating exemplary clinical skills.
  • Co-manage clients through clinical collaboration with other practitioners (e.g. physio, OT, psychologist, dietitian), demonstrating a capacity to work independently and in a team.
  • Participate in professional development and supervision and mentoring to constantly progress your knowledge and clinical skills.
  • Contribute to team culture and success with your proactive, can-do approach and high-level initiative.

  • Technology: Each practitioner is given a work mobile phone and iPad loaded with useful clinical applications and resources for modern treatment strategies.
  • Advanced remote practice: All software is cloud-based. Our clinics are paperless.
Salary and Location

The estimated salary for this role is $92,000 to $157,000 per annum + super, depending on experience and qualifications. The role is based in Thomastown, Craigieburn, or Templestowe Lower, with flexible arrangements available.

  • Certified Practising Member of Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Enthusiastic about working with NDIS participants, able to work with diverse clients.
  • Committed to independently providing speech therapy consultations.
  • Experience in a range of speech therapy assessments.
  • Strong etiquette, communication and interpersonal skills.
