About the role

CSA Refinish is seeking a skilled and experienced Panel Beater to join our team in Yatala, Queensland. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our automotive repair services. As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for the repair and restoration of damaged vehicle bodies, working closely with our paint team to deliver high-quality results for our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assess vehicle damage and develop repair plans
  2. Straighten and realign metal body panels using specialised tools and equipment
  3. Perform welding and body filler work to restore vehicle structures and surfaces
  4. Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard of quality and safety
  5. Collaborate with the wider workshop team to ensure efficient workflow

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years' experience as a Panel Beater in the automotive industry
  2. Strong technical skills in metal working, welding, and the use of panel repair tools
  3. Knowledge of automotive body construction and repair techniques
  4. Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and technical specifications
  5. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  6. A positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  7. Relevant trade qualifications or certifications in panel beating or automotive repair
