About This Role
This clinical position involves delivering comprehensive assessments, evidence-based interventions, and case management services to adults with psychological disorders and psychiatric illnesses.
The role is part of a multidisciplinary community mental health team, where you will be responsible for providing quality and safe care to individuals with mental health issues, emotional difficulties, and those experiencing life transitions, distress, or crisis, in accordance with professional standards and best practice guidelines.
You will also provide mental health crisis intervention services to individuals of all ages, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care to individuals and their families.
In this role, you will conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure optimal outcomes.
