About the Role

Our client, a leading Australian recruitment firm, has partnered with us to source a Contingent Project Consultant to support their People & Culture team.

The successful candidate will take ownership of several high-priority people projects, ensuring timely delivery while the generalist team focuses on business-as-usual activities.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the people function at a pivotal time of change and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure project delivery within set timelines.
  • Work closely with the People & Culture team to identify and prioritize projects.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project outcomes.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management or a similar field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
