Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead the development and implementation of service management frameworks across our organization. As a Senior Service Manager, you will be responsible for driving the creation and maintenance of known error and change databases, conducting performance reviews, and producing reports that measure impact and cost savings.

You will also play a key role in coordinating major incident responses and post-incident reviews to drive continual service improvement and learning. Your strong knowledge of ITIL disciplines, particularly in Service Transition and Continual Service Improvement, will be essential in this role.

In addition, you will have extensive experience managing Service Management functions in large, complex digital environments and be able to build strong stakeholder relationships and influence cross-functional teams to support business outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong background in IT service management, with a focus on service transition and continual service improvement.
