Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team.

This role will play a pivotal part in engaging and representing the company within various sectors, including accounting, Software as a Service (SaaS), and Small and Medium Business (SMB) ecosystems.

The successful candidate will develop and implement strategic outreach plans tailored to these sectors to enhance our presence and acquisition efforts. This includes building and maintaining relationships with key advisors, partners, and stakeholders to drive outreach-led acquisition and foster high levels of trust.

Additional responsibilities include leading the planning, execution, and reporting of events, including both in-person and virtual engagements, to connect with target audiences effectively. You will also monitor and actively participate in conversations within social platforms and industry groups to build relationships, gather insights, and enhance our visibility.

Collaboration with strategic partners on Go-To-Market activities, including events, discussions, and content collaborations to drive mutual growth and success is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in outreach, relationship management, or partnership development within the accounting, SaaS, or SMB sectors.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong project management abilities, including event planning and execution, with a focus on delivering impactful outreach initiatives.
  • Experience in monitoring social media platforms, industry groups, and online communities.
  • Understanding of outreach-driven acquisition strategies and partner GTM approaches.
