Psychiatric Liaison Officer Role

The Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service has a vacancy for a Psychiatric Liaison Officer to work with the Capricorn Coast Mental Health team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive consumer-focused mental health consultation, assessment, intervention, and training strategies to enhance consumer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide support and guidance on mental health issues.
Requirements:
  • Hold qualifications and registration with the relevant authority to practice as an Occupational Therapist, Psychologist, Social Worker, or Registered Nurse.
