About Our Service

The Capricorn Coast Mental Health service is based in Yeppoon, providing specialized mental health services for the local community. Our Adult Community Team delivers care through a range of interventions including assessment, case management, and support.

About the Role

This Consult Liaison Officer position will engage consumers in comprehensive mental health consultation, assessment, intervention, and training to ensure seamless care between services.

About You

To be successful, you will hold qualifications and registration with relevant authorities for one or more of the following professions: Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, Registered Nurse.
