**Job Title:** Hotel Maintenance Specialist Sydney

**Salary:** AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

**Job Description:** As a Hotel Maintenance Specialist, you'll be an integral part of our maintenance team, ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include performing routine & preventative maintenance for the hotel's equipment and facilities to ensure they operate efficiently. This will involve minor repairs, maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and lighting.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine & preventative maintenance tasks
  • Minor repairs to equipment and fixtures
  • Maintenance of guest rooms and public areas
  • Lights, plumbing, carpentry, electrical and other general building maintenance tasks

**Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in general building maintenance, engineering, and/or construction
  • Qualifications in Trade e.g. electrician, carpenter, plumber, painter is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Manual dexterity with excellent balance to work on scaffolding, ladders etc
