Housekeeping Manager

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee the management of cleaning operations to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for our guests. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise housekeeping functions
- Lead, train, and develop the housekeeping team
- Ensure efficient cleaning of designated areas
- Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms
- Provide clear communication with other hotel departments
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain high standards of workplace health and safety
We require applicants who have previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Team Leader, possess strong leadership skills, and are committed to providing outstanding service. A national police clearance and Australian work rights are also essential requirements.
