Housekeeping Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our resort's housekeeping team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in all accommodation areas.

To achieve this, they will oversee daily cleaning schedules, conduct regular inspections, and ensure that all staff are properly trained and equipped to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

In addition to their technical skills and knowledge, the ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide their team to consistently meet and exceed performance expectations.

Key Requirements
  • Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a supervisory or management role within housekeeping
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
