Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee operations at one of our premium hotel sites located in the Murdoch / Fremantle area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to lead a dedicated team and ensure the highest standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise the housekeeping team, including training, rostering, and performance management
  • Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet premium cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Maintain stock levels, equipment, and housekeeping supplies
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with hotel management and staff
  • Drive a positive, team-focused culture and lead by example
About You
  • Proven experience in a housekeeping management or supervisory role (preferably within hotels or premium accommodation)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service quality
  • A hands-on, proactive, and team-oriented approach
