Drive Business Growth

The role of Business Development Executive is crucial in driving sales and growth across Trade Pharmacies and Independent Supermarkets.

This position is based in the Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas, covering a large territory with some regional travel required. This includes regular trips to Cairns every 8 weeks.

  • Develop and execute business strategies to source and secure new business opportunities across the pharmacy channel.
  • Meet monthly sales and growth targets by leveraging partnerships and promotions.
  • Work closely with customers to develop and execute promotional plans that meet agreed deliverables.
  • Visit and manage customers on a regular call cycle to drive growth and maximise opportunity within the given geographical area.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record as a sales representative, territory or wholesale sales manager, preferably within the pharmacy channel.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to effectively influence retail partners.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage your schedule and workload while traveling and visiting customer sites.
  • A passion for building and nurturing customer relationships face-to-face.
  • Ability to develop strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Motivation and persistence in pursuing and achieving sales goals.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence positive outcomes.
  • Excellent planning, time management, administrative, and organisational skills.
