Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Computer Technician to perform preventative maintenance and repair services on equipment by analysing system problems, troubleshooting, ordering and gathering components and parts, completing installation and performing tests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair laptops and PCs, including replacing motherboards, displays, speakers, fans, bezels, heatsinks, touchpads, keyboards, and HDDs.
  • Troubleshoot and perform physical repairs on laptops or PCs and their respective components.
  • Provide excellent customer service skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hardware repairs for notebooks/laptops and printers.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Current driver's license and transportation method.

Additional Details:

This is a half-time freelance position available immediately. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and effectively communicate with clients. The successful candidate will also possess a high level of technical expertise and be able to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
