Freight Operations Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Freight Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and executing end-to-end freight forwarding operations, ensuring seamless shipment execution and timely resolution of customer inquiries.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and coordinating all confirmed sales orders with accuracy and speed, providing exceptional customer service through proactive communication and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire shipment process from booking to job closure, ensuring compliance with all company procedures and standards.
- Coordinate and process sales orders with precision and speed, ensuring timely and accurate execution of shipments as per confirmed bookings.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar freight forwarding or operations role.
- Strong knowledge of customs laws, procedures, and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
