Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition professional to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our APAC Business Talent Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for partnering with recruiters, driving candidate pipelines, and nurturing authentic relationships with candidates through data-driven approaches.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with recruiters to own and drive candidate pipelines
  • Nurture authentic relationships with candidates using sourcing strategies
  • Evaluate and lead volume hiring strategies and projects
  • Identify blockers and lead with solutions that benefit your immediate and wider teams

Key Requirements:

  • Talent Acquisition experience and deep sourcing expertise
  • Background in the software industry with functional understanding of the competitive landscape today
  • Collaborative approach with peers and stakeholders, with an appetite for influencing win/win outcomes
  • Alignment with our values, which are table stakes for how we grow and win as a team
