**What you'll do**:

- Be the primary point of contact for all executive scheduling inquiries
- Partner with recruiters, sourcers, and executive assistants to develop scheduling workflows
- Perform data entry and analyze relevant scheduling data
- Track applicant status' and ensure the interviewer database is updated and current
- Be a mentor for other coordinators involved in executive scheduling

**In terms of experience**:

- You have prior hands-on experience with HR systems preferred (Workday, applicant tracking systems, etc.)
- You have great writing skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- You have experience with a high volume of work
- You have superior customer service skills
