We are seeking a skilled Regional Procurement Manager to join our team in a dynamic leadership role. This position will play a crucial part in executing global category strategies and regional sourcing activities to drive cost savings and maximize value.

The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to develop and implement a renewables supply chain, ensuring Aggreko remains at the forefront of this rapidly growing sector. With the ability to leverage scale and optimize procurement processes, you will have the opportunity to drive innovation, streamline operations, and make a tangible impact on the business.

Responsibilities
  • Build strategic partnerships with stakeholders to develop and execute a plan for developing renewable energy supply chains.
  • Create and oversee a high-performing team of Procurement Managers, Leads, and Specialists.
  • Develop and implement sourcing plans that maximize the use of category suppliers and ensure uniform standards across vendors.
  • Manage stakeholders and procurement teams to ensure direct and indirect procurement needs are met.
  • Ensure regional compliance to procurement process and policies.
  • Provide procurement data and KPIs to drive decision-making and cost assessments.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in a professional procurement role, preferably in a renewables organization.
  • Proven track record of implementing procurement strategies and delivering value through sourcing activities.
  • Demonstrable understanding of key suppliers and supply market dynamics.
  • Sound understanding of supply chain and commercial risk management.
  • Proactive communicator able to engage stakeholders.
  • High levels of integrity and accountability.
