About the Role

The Indirect Procurement Senior Specialist will play a key role in the APAC Procurement Team, reporting to the Head of Procurement ANZ. This is a great opportunity for a talented procurement professional to support the development of the future regional procurement organization while leading exciting local and regional projects across APAC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement progressive, fit-for-purpose, and future-proof sourcing strategies that deliver economic and cost efficiencies, supply assurance, and quality.
  • Work closely with the Global Procurement Team to identify and screen suppliers, develop strategic relationships, negotiate terms and conditions, and drive improved supplier service levels.
  • Ensure procurement strategies, processes, and program executions are fully integrated to support internal budget business plans and Company objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders globally to leverage knowledge, relationships, and investments effectively and efficiently.
Key Accountabilities
  • Manage categories across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Be the key point of contact for Global Procurement (Group) for your categories in APAC.
  • Coordinate and support regional deployment and execution of Global contracts.
  • Develop regional categories, including identification and negotiation of non-global contract-related pricing opportunities.
About You

We are looking for a procurement professional with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent. Familiarity with category management principles is essential. Experience in managing marketing spend or IT spend is a plus. Strong analytical skills, ability to develop relationships, and communicate effectively are required.
