Dynamic Solutions Sales Professional

A leading provider of warehouse automation solutions is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive growth across Australia by developing relationships with customers, engineers, and re-sellers.

This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic business delivering cutting-edge solutions in the field of warehouse automation.

About the Role

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will:

  • Build and manage relationships with existing and prospective customers and engineering partners.
  • Provide high-level technical and commercial support to clients.
  • Develop end-to-end carton and pallet handling solutions that meet specifications, throughput, and client requirements.
  • Prepare tenders, proposals, and technical documentation for client presentation.
  • Negotiate contracts and assist in project management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Technical sales and relationship building.
  • Conveyor system design and development.
  • Tender preparation and contract negotiation.
  • Project delivery and management.
Selection Criteria
  • 5+ years' experience selling and designing end-to-end carton and pallet handling solutions.
  • Proven track record in a sales role within warehouse automation or materials handling.
  • Sound knowledge of conveyors, pallet systems, and sortation equipment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude and design capability.
