We are seeking an experienced Development Manager to join our team at Buildability Group. As a Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing project stakeholders, including clients, statutory authorities, consultants, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Manage project scope, time, cost, quality, risk, and procurement to achieve project objectives.
- Concept Design: Develop and implement concept designs for various projects.
- Feasibility Studies: Conduct feasibility studies, including budgeting, cash flow analysis, and reporting.
- Tender Reviews: Review and analyze tenders from contractors and suppliers.
- Value Management: Identify and implement value management strategies to optimize project outcomes.
- Contracts Administration: Administer contracts with contractors and suppliers.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote projects.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors.
Requirements:
- Tertiary Qualification: A tertiary qualification in a construction-related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, including contract documentation, stakeholder management, and reporting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
