About the Role

HammondCare Horsley is seeking a skilled Carer to join our team as a Permanent Part-Time Resident Support Specialist. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of elderly residents living with dementia.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a genuine passion for serving elderly people and possess excellent communication skills. You will be flexible and able to commit to a range of shifts, including nights and weekends, and have a willingness to work independently while also being part of a close-knit team.

Job Description
  • Provide personal care and domestic assistance to residents in our cottage-style homes
  • Develop and implement activities that promote engagement and well-being among residents
  • Collaborate with Registered Nurses and Managers to ensure high-quality care and support
