Certified Trainer for Pathology Collection

Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled Trainer/Assessor to deliver high-quality training in Cert III Pathology Collection. The ideal candidate will have relevant industry experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging training materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver theoretical and practical classes to students with a focus on real-world application.
- Develop and implement lesson plans and assessment tools that meet RTO standards.
- Maintain accurate student records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Relevant industry experience and qualifications in Pathology Collection (minimum 2 years).
- Cert IV Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and record-keeping.
- Ability to create engaging training materials and deliver effective training sessions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar training role, preferably in a pathology collection setting.
