Our organization is seeking a skilled Training Professional to deliver high-quality training and assessment services for our students.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, conducting practical and theoretical classes, and maintaining accurate student records. Additionally, they will develop assessment tools and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training sessions that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and training activities.
- Develop and implement assessment tools that meet industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant industry experience and qualifications in Pathology Collection (minimum 2 years).
- Cert IV Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging training materials and deliver effective training sessions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in record-keeping.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Previous experience in a similar training role is an advantage.
