Overview:
- This is a casual remote role for a Pathology Collection Trainer / Assessor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee student work placements, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Assess student competencies in pathology collection, including creating training plans, conducting assessments, offering feedback, and maintaining accurate records of student progress.
- Liaise with clinical partners to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and foster a positive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Experience in pathology collection or a related field.
- Excellent communication, assessment, and feedback skills.
- Ability to develop training plans and manage student records effectively.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality standards in the medical field.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with remote teaching tools and technologies.
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent qualification.
- A relevant qualification in pathology collection or allied health.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
