About This Role

As a People and Culture Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the team across policies, programs, and practices.

About You

We are looking for individuals with excellent verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of organizational policies and practices, and strong relationship management and influencing abilities.

You will be responsible for managing employee relations and wellbeing, providing interpretation and support on policies and practices, researching issues and developing recommendations.
