Culture Ambassador

You will work closely with leaders and employees to promote our values and ways of working. Your expertise will help us continuously improve the employee experience.
As a key member of our People Team, you will engage with all levels within the organisation, identifying best practices and incorporating them into our standards.
This role involves guiding leaders and employees on HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, change management, and workplace health and safety.
Employee Experience ExpertiseProvide guidance on generalist People and Culture roles. You will work closely with managers to empower employees to achieve their full potential through coaching and feedback.
Every day will be different in this exciting role, where you will have opportunities for continuous learning and development.
Travel to homes in Victoria as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in generalist People and Culture roles
- Guidance on HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, change management, and workplace health and safety
