Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our email and SMS marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing CRM strategies that drive engagement, retention, and revenue.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end email and SMS marketing campaigns.
  • Drive database growth through targeted acquisition campaigns, competitions, partnerships, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Plan and deliver automated lifecycle flows to boost conversion, retention, and customer loyalty.
  • Brief creative and design teams on CRM content needs and manage timelines to ensure assets are delivered on brand and on time.
  • Maintain a high-performing, compliant database by overseeing list hygiene, segmentation, and seamless platform integrations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4+ years' experience in email and SMS marketing, preferably within eCommerce D2C brands.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute CRM strategies that drive engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing and CRM platforms, particularly Klaviyo, Shopify, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of data segmentation, email deliverability, automation flows, and best-practice personalisation.
  • Confidence with reporting and analysis, able to turn insights into action.
  • A knack for creative briefing and working with design and content teams to bring campaigns to life.
  • Excellent project management skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
