Email Marketing Manager job summary

About the Role

This role is about leading and expanding high-value email and SMS marketing channels, using data-driven insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and expand email and SMS marketing campaigns to boost revenue growth
  • Optimize email and SMS flows to enhance engagement and conversion rates
  • Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to improve campaign performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-converting email and SMS content
  • Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights and report findings to stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in email and SMS marketing, preferably in direct-to-consumer (DTC) or e-commerce
  • A proven track record of managing large revenue accounts with direct responsibility for growth
  • Experience working across multiple markets, including AU, UK, and US, and understanding consumer behaviors
  • Data-driven decision-making ability
