Role Overview

As a Communications Adviser, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating seamless communication and driving strategic priorities to maintain the integrity of the financial system.

The Registry Connect program is focused on stabilizing and targeting business registers, including designing connections to the ABN and Director ID registers held by the ATO, and more than 30 registers held by ASIC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver timely and effective communication outcomes
  • Collaborate with Product, Engagement, and Change leads on program communications
  • Develop and execute internal/external engagement strategies
  • Apply the ASIC change framework to stakeholder communications
  • Coordinate with change and comms teams for consistency across RC Program
  • Support RC teams in enhancing stakeholder awareness and understanding
  • Track and report communication effectiveness metrics
  • Ensure program messaging is clear and channels are current and effective

About This Opportunity

ASIC seeks an experienced Communications Adviser with a background in communication or change management, holding at least 2+ years' experience in communication delivery, preferably in Agile or relevant industries.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences

• Strong business acumen and analytical skills

• Proven track record in delivering communication outcomes within agreed timeframes

• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and teams
