Strategic Communications Specialist

As a key contributor to our team, you will play a vital role in delivering communication outcomes that drive business results. Your expertise in crafting compelling messages and developing strategic plans will help us achieve our goals and maintain the integrity of the financial system.
This role is part of our Registry Connect program, which focuses on stabilizing and uplifting business registers. You will work closely with product and engagement leads to deliver internal and external engagement activities, applying our change framework to stakeholder communications.
Key responsibilities include coordinating with change and comms teams for consistency across the RC Program, supporting RC teams in raising stakeholder awareness, and tracking and reporting communication effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Change Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in communication delivery, preferably in Agile or relevant industries.
- Proven track record of successful communication campaigns across various channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A quick learner with a versatile skillset.
