Drive Sales Growth with Icertis

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Director, Customer Advocacy. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth from existing accounts and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to upsell and cross-sell our contract management solutions to existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our largest customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets and growing revenue from existing accounts.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise software sales or account management.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding customer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of contract management solutions and their applications in the enterprise.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
