We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality care to our residents.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering person-centered care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing. You will work collaboratively with our team to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment that enables our residents to live life to the fullest.
Key Responsibilities- To provide individualized care to our residents, including medication management, wound care, and personal grooming
- To maintain accurate records of resident care and communicate effectively with colleagues and families
- To participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practice protocols
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
- A Bachelor of Nursing degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues
- An empathetic and patient approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
