**Job Title:** Commercial Services Specialist

 

**Job Summary:

Our organization is seeking a Commercial Services Specialist to provide effective facilities and fleet management across the SA, VIC, and TAS portfolio. The ideal candidate will be committed to meeting and exceeding client expectations.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement continuous improvement in facilities and fleet management processes.
  • Establish, deliver, and manage the region's fleet management capability and support framework.
  • Facilitate facility and fleet requirements focusing on long-term, medium-term, and short-term needs.
  • Provide support to the Manager Commercial Services and lead a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Proven effective interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
