Logistics Operations Specialist

As a Logistics Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by coordinating travel arrangements with suppliers to meet customer needs. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

A Day in the Life:
  • Coordinate travel arrangements with suppliers to meet customer needs.
  • Manage communications and documentation for inbound and outbound suppliers, as well as customers.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
Key Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in service operations, business, administration or related field.
  • Experience using Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and high level of organisation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others.
