Job Description

The role involves facilitating and managing the preparation and review of tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations. You will identify and address tax issues across multiple jurisdictions, implementing tax strategies to minimize liabilities.

You will also manage tax audits, build and maintain strong relationships with external tax consultants and tax authorities, conduct deep research on tax issues, prepare clear actionable guidance, analyze financial statements for tax implications, advise accordingly, and coordinate with Finance and Accounting to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.

Additionally, you will monitor tax calendars to ensure all filings are submitted on time, recommend tax-efficient business practices, identify potential savings opportunities, provide timely advice on matters such as withholding tax, sales tax, R&D credits, and relevant contract language.

Key Responsibilities:
