  • Deliver positive face-to-face customer service experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maximize every sales opportunity and prospect for new customers to drive business growth.
  • Provide assistance, advice, and support to customers, sourcing information and delivering customer support services.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain a strong customer relationship.
  • Welcome new customers to the dealership, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Adhere to dealership standards, ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Requirements
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a positive can-do attitude.
  • Experience in a customer service role or similar, with a strong work ethic and ability to learn new systems.
  • Open, confident communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • A current driver's license and availability to work Saturdays.
